My Kirk.. I love wierd.. I wanted one when they came out, but could never afford it.

I like the Kirk's, never ridden one. They just look cool. E stay too

I've heard they are a bit flexy. Didn't know if that was internet wisdom or truth.

They have an internal stiffening skeleton, which used to snap.. Making them flexy. They were rigid originally.. Manufactured by Kirk, distributed by Dawes. They recalled the all from shops and scrapped them. If you had bought one, they offered a full refund.. That's why they are thin on the ground.

How I got it.. I swapped the saddle and tyres.

I had 1, never had any issues with it but I was a skinny 15yr old at the time

The one I rode bitd climbed like a beast. Stiff & responsive, just heavy. Dawes specced them poorly with heavy parts & not particularly inspiring colour schemes.

I'd still like one, the road bike version was cool too.
