Have you worked out what stem was used...?

Not yet, it looks a bit like the one Marin used on the 88 Pine Mountain but can't remember if that had one or two clamp bolts like the Vulcan has or he may have just made his own stem
Any suggestions?

I keep looking at it, because it does look so familiar, it might well be something he made for the frame, but the design does look reminiscent of the Fisher Rhino stems.
