Look KG381 Team

Hi all. I've had this bike for several years now, and not done much to it - other than ruin the original carbon seat post. I've looked and looked but haven't been able to find one similar to the original that does not cost more than I paid for the whole bike.

Does anyone know of anything similar to a Look Ergopost 2 in 25mm?

there was one which was identical which was branded Selcof and was considerably cheaper if you can find one. Of course, for this bike the LOOK branding might be compulsory.

not a KG 381 but a KG281 in 1999/2000 Kelme edtion build with 9-speed Shimano DURA ACE including the corresponded WH-7701 Carbon wheelset
The beautiflu Shimano DURA ACE HS-7410 adapted by reamed out to a Ahead type headset and the authentic bar tape by Silva

What do you mean by reamed out headset?

Wheels look crazy - barely any spokes!!

the headset is a simple Shimano DA HS-7410 for a 1 inch threading fork. To ream out the threading you can use it as 1 inch Ahead set to use it with the LOOK full carbon fork like a 1 inch HSC without threading …
