LOOK Fournell MTB suspension forks....

I would also be grateful for any Fournales info.

I emailed Fournales direct for info, TBH their reply was quite rude and dismissive, telling me to contact my LBS for technical info.

Not too many Fournales experts in your local West aussie bike shop :?

I've just got a hold of the original fournales booklet which I will scan in as a pdf and upload....

Fournales, from France (near Toulouse) is one of the first who make shocks with air spring for motorcycle. A long time before the Rock-Shox1.
He worked a lot for race motorcycle ("Fior" in the end of 80ies).
In 90, he worked on a rear shock for the Cannondale EST, but really expensive. He worked on a front suspension fork in 91, with a steel welded crown.

He built the cobra fork in the end of 90ies, with a parallelogram geometrie, but with aluminum legs. In association with look, he created the fork with carbon fiber legs.
Very lightweight, and really more stiff than a telescopic-classic fork, but more for a cross-country use ;)
