I missed the second set of pics last time. Wow, that’s really nice!

I can’t help with any info on the old Nelson business, but I have been buying spokes from Cyclebasket since around 2010 and they’ve been selling those blue/black and red/white/blue Nelson-branded road frames since at least then. No idea who makes them. A pal at work has one and it seems like a decent enough frame for what they cost.

I think it means Nelson Cycles Engineering. 653 Reynolds didn't appear until 1986, so it won't be earlier.
