Yes it is. That pic was taken right before I bought the bike at the thrift shop. I felt so sorry for the bike looking like that with the random hodgepodge of parts. It's funny, some parts are garbage and some really nice like the Ringle Moby, Snowcat wheel set with 40mm wide rims and what I thought was just some funky random waterbottle holder. That is one of the last components I figured had actually belonged on the bike.

Thanks for the thread, it's good to find out what that water bottle holder was all about. It is quite unique.
