Ideas on what to offer for this Orange?

Is it me or are the rims worn by the brake pads they seem concave but it may be the photo.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the rims are totally knackered, rim brakes will do that to a rim after 30+ years of use.

I didn't get it in the end , offered £120 for the bike as it is and he didn't bite and said he had a friend that was maybe interested
