Livery and font style are the Raleigh USA team style (don't assume I saying it is a"team bike"simply team livery). Chainstay sticker (foil - I have a pack of original ones) is not in the correct position. And without being too controversial it seems likely to be a Nottingham rather than Ilkeston build.

Cheers for that. Note the lack of "Ilkeston" on the chain stay transfer. Looks like 1987 Nottingham SBDU and as I thought, a services des courses frame.
