How the hell do you add pics your own gallery now!?

As the title, it's all changed on here now and I can't find any tab to add pics!

The user albums are still currently read only. Still not sure how I intend to proceed. Looked at a few solutions and non is really looking ideal right now. Please add comments to this thread > viewtopic.php?f=8&t=254762
