It did, the Specialized felt slow and ponderous steering and too far forward, the generic 115mm about right comfortable enough, nice and nippy to steer. The Zoom I have found has similar rise is only 5mm longer and is a whole heap lighter, in fact the silver zoom I have with bolts and a steel instead of alloy wedge (which I had borrowed for another stem) is lighter than the generic with no bolts or wedge at all.
