Karma GT Frames etc

Here for your consideration for pre tip-run rescue are some (not strictly <98 but kinda fit better here than 98+ forum) frames & a complete bike.

First up for adoption is an 18" GT Outpost frame c.1999 (no Caratti label or canti' provision on frame) in need of a good amount of TLC or refinishing. Someone has oversprayed it in the original colour although having given it a tickle with WD40 & wire wool it came off fairly easily revealing the original decals below. Fair amount of surface rust and chipped up but straight with no dents or cracks I could see.

Next up is another low-end GT but this time in Palomar flavour and is HUUUGE (20" GT size = 22.5" C-T). This one is a c.1998 cantilever model In similarly rough and tatty condition with no dents I've seen. Currently nearly complete bike although not much of real use on there, doesn't include rack or wheels (keeping front & rear is bent but can be taken with if wanted!) but most of the rest is there including the crappy RST 260 "team series" fork.

Next up on the chopping block is a 21" Spesh Hardrock 27.5 aluminium frame c.2007??? Again it's tatty but no dents or cracks AFAIK, it has provision for V or disc brakes & is honestly not the worst looking "modern" frame I've ever seen but it's off to the scrap pile if nobody wants it.

And last but not least (or maybe it is least!) a complete but cheap bike, branded as a Lion Bikes "Marimba". From the componentry I'd hazard a guess it's first half of the '90s although not gonna swear to it, we picked this neat little looptail step-thru type bike up left out for free locally as it looked like a Raleigh at first glance and the missus was considering using it as a hack. It's frame sticker claims it was made in France, not sure how true & it's actually in reasonable condition just in need of a thorough clean & tune up/couple of cables. This one won't be going to the tip if nobody wants it, but will have to live outdoors until we or it's new owner can give it some attention. Tyres inflated and does ride but will need a service.

I'd be interested in the GT Frame depending on your location / willingness to "post" - I don't drive so does kinda limit my options :)

Well, in my haste to get these put on here I completely neglected to mention the fact that we're in Manchester. Not really keen to post TBH as don't have much in the way of packing materials/time sadly.

No worries, if time allows for packing etc any time I'll give a shout back here. Much rather see them get built up and used than tipped
