I got an on one hub on the 29er. Good solid hub dead simple, just two cartridge bearings and an axle. Mines running a dx freewheel and i've had no problems.
I have also got one built on a Mavic ex 721 In good nic. It's up for sale would cost you less than buying just the hub new.

i can recommend the surly ones. Not cheap but bomb proof
