Bottom spacer will depend on what travel you want to run (depending on the original travel designation of the dampner). These spacers are cheap on eBay.

Not sure on the top one. Certainly recon that's the one causing your play/rattling.

Any idea of the size of these spacers :? I've seen a diagram with them listed @20 and 25mm ,one of each on each side but id have to confirm it is a vanilla 130mm RLC
The spacers themselves.I would assume that these are nothing more that bits of plastic :? wide enough to fit easily and simple enough to push down on the springs when you change the settings :? ?
