I think you're right. The 'ball' shape block fasteners and the two piece rear curved section (the parts interlock to slide sideways to alter the depth) gives it away. I wonder what happened to the rear one - but there's no brazed on cable stop bridge and the seatpin clamp looks a bit wide to fit a 'separate' style one so maybe that's why.
Nice find. Our recycling centre say they recycle all their bikes for charity.
