I recently had a seller change his mind... after I had bought and paid for a (cycling) item. There was not much ebay could do, but they were pretty apologetic and said they would be taking action.
My wife sells a lot of stuff on ebay, and the incidents of items 'not being right' has definitely gone up in recent months, but then she sells mainly to women and we all know what they are like for changing their minds :twisted:
