You'll get your payment refunded, seems pretty clear cut to me.
Worth exercising caution in future, or asking the seller for pics of anything you want to inspect a little closer, if they aren't forthcoming there's probably a reason why, walk away, plenty of others to choose from.

Happily, I've got a full refund including return postage. I've sent them back tracked and signed for! Once done I'll put my feedback in.

@H, when leaving your feedback, keep it factual and to the point as there is a possibility it could be removed at the Sellers request if it does not fall within eBay's guidelines.

If he got a full refund then only a positive feedback would be appropriate

Ebay got wind of this when a friends GF posted it up on the ebay forum. and i got a wagging finger letter from them.
I plead innocence and it seems they werent sure and have left it up
