Seller says it comes in a box prominently marked "spindle needs tapped." He doesn't know what that means, but notes the pinch bolts are missing, so maybe that's what needs to be tapped.
I'd take a chance on it if I had some hope of sourcing a left crank arm, or if I had a drill press. Could be a good deal if you have either.
