early carbon frame - any ideas?

I bought this little carbon frame from a friend some years ago. He didn't buy it new and, as it has no identifying decals etc, we have no idea of it's make.

Anyone seen one of these?

What he said. Thought at first it may have been an early Kestrel, but the tubes are too skinny for that.

I am positive that was made by Aegis , I have a Peugeot Team line Carbone and its different to that , in particular the rear dropouts and the internal routing of the gear cables

I think for sure it's an Aegis. This BASSO frame looks like the one:
