I just picked up this off of eBay, and I think it might work with Dia Compe 290/292 Bat Wing/Dog Leg levers. It appears to allow one lever to actuate two brake calipers via two individual cables. I have some 292 on my Humu, but I'm not in a position to remove the cockpit to test fit these bits. Has anyone seen this before? I'm tempted to pick up another pair of 290/292 for another bike anyway, so open to offers.

Some of the bits fit or thread into others:

This is the best scan of the service instructions I have, with an exploded diagram. Does anyone have a higher res version? Some of the parts inline with the cable tension adjustment system look to match pieces from this kit, particularly 290.13 and 290.15:

EDIT: I found this scan, much better.

I recently bought a pair of 290 levers in gray, which came with these cables. I'm pretty sure this is the specific cable that was designed for this 290T tandem kit!
