Contacting a company by email

For future reference i've used this number - 020 8080 2100 to speak to eBay but it was a few years ago so may not work anymore.

You could look at it in this way that the buyer is being left out of pocket. Can that be fair that two people enter a contract which then fails. The seller is ok and has his goods but the buyer is left with no purchase and is expected to pay for that privilege .

This turned out fine as i located the problem with a poor connection which was easily fixed but if ive ever to contact ebay ill go for the ring back as suggested by Twain :cool:
