if you have a safe back up (not that many of us do) of your data, best bet is a clean install of your OS.

is talk talk security a requirement? it doesn't sound very good

Tlak talk security is from f-secure and i pay monthly for it,considered a good one overall.Chances are i clicked on a site that wasnt secure and wasnt in the site advisory listings,a bit like inviting Dracula over the threshold :roll:
