I managed to get this sent for about £15 via Parcel Force

It's not cheap, better off using someone good than cheap though. I've never had any issues with paisley freight. Don't know what the cost is currently.

Actually a subsidiary of parcel force (for good or bad) and all delivery handled by parcel force. Used them a couple of times for bikes and worked okay for me.

How about under £15? Hard to beat I think.

Even managed to get a full (£45) refund once when customs rejected as too dense an electric motor being sent to Sweden (hard to find customer services contact details but there somewhere!).
