Sorted Cheap but decent 20/21'' rigid frameset

Looking to put a bike together for a mates old man, I've got plenty of parts but no large frames, he's 50 years old and 6'2'', he doesn't have much to spend which is why I'm going the frameset route and donating the rest myself, if you have anything taking up space that you can let go for £50-£75 including postage please let me know. Preferably something steel and ready for parts.

I've got a Tufftrax frame listed mate. I'm 6,2 and can ride it comfortably.

For sale I have this 1992 Saracen Tufftrax frame set and parts. The frame is in good/very good condition with a few scuffs but no dents or dings that I have noticed. The paint is a lovely metallic blue and should polish up really well. I'd call the size a large as it's 18 inch c to c, 20 inch...
