Cannondale Super V Bushes

I have just picked up a Super V900 with the carbon rear swing arm. The shock bushes and mounts would ideally be replaced.

Does anyone know where to buy the parts please?

Did you have any luck at all Bullpup?

I'm in the same boat as of recently. Both my 1999 SV2000 rear shock bushes are shot. I've had a bit of a hunt around, but no luck so far here in Australia.
