Is it worth anything In this condition?

I would say a 69 Sears Spyder 24 inch 5-speed. Very much like a Schwinn Stingray back in the day, worth a lot to the right collector. Are you in the UK?​

If you can locate a serial number on the frame, you could age the exact date with some research I would think.

I expect it is to the right people. There is a thing for muscle bikes

I recall Murray Cycles (Team Murray BMX) having something to do with Sears later on, though I could be wrong.

There may be a few of them in the US, never seen any in the UK - someone will want one, they always do . Or get it shot blasted and powder coated (Frame n' Forks) and build it for yourself.
