I used to have the later Ti RSP which had been stripped to bare Ti so very similar albeit from 1999/2000 and had the same thoughts - I ended up with this:
Mix of syncros, Ringle, Sachs Quarz/Plasma from the same period with some modern Paul’s V brakes and levers.
I’d try something different than the usual but from around the same period 94-97 but it’s your bike so would be interesting to see what you do

I am getting older now so the extra gears will be handy....
It used to run Control tech post and stem with Hope front suspension hub and Gold Tech Ti rear hub..... oh the beautiful noise it made.... I will try and source some wheels of the era but may build some up myself... I used to work in a bike shop 30+years back.... The process is evolving.... can't wait to ride it again.
