does anyone have a close up of the "Defiant" decal on the top tube, or can take a photo of it from their bike? trying to finish up reproduction decals but mine are incomplete in some parts on both sides so can't very the font treatment on some letters.

ok, found only this one decent photo to work from. even though it's not ideal, it still gave me some sense of what minor tweaks needed to be done on the stock font characters to modify it to better match the original. if i'm not prompted with any better reference, this will be making it's way as the final repro decal for the frame.

finally got another set of black Syncros chain rings with larger tooth count to replace the ones already on!!! big THANKS goes out to RetroRider_IT for the trade/swap and his patience/understanding in dealing with the initial mess-up with postal service first time around. was a tense month, but glad i finally got them! :evil:

needs some fine tuning of the chain line and shifting…

and muster up the resolve to cut about an inch off the seat post so i can sit and ride the bike properly
