Bianchi "Specialissima-Superleggera" 1979

Beautiful! The pantographing on the brake levers is very nice. Why the Piaggio/Vespa decals on head- and seattube? Something related to sponsoring, or...?

The brand "Bianchi" has been owned by the Piaggio company at the end of the 60's and in particular at the end of the 70's and 80's were applied the graphic piaggio on the top of the line Bianchi bike (like this that I posted).

Sometimes the shopkeepers directly apply this graphics because in their stores selling Bianchi bike and Vespa scooter.

Beautiful

but if it is named Superleggera, how heavy is the whole bike ? :?:

I do not know exactly ...

I can say that the frame is made with lighter tubes products from columbus and the components are the lightest products by campagnolo

Later I try to weigh it but I do not have a precise balance :(

Re:

I use a normal balance...

First I measured my weight, after I measured my weigth with the bike in my hands
so I make the difference...

The weight of the 100% complete bike is 8.8kg

;)
