that hole she fell into was made by balfour beatty utilites, i know because i worked for them up until june of this year, and we had stuff like this all the time. the upshot for granny is she is probably laughing now as well cause she will have got a big payout! and i have never known a company to deserve it more.

looks like it was intentional, how could anyone not miss the barriers?
and look at the front wheels, if it wasnt intentional she would have the wheels the opposite way trying to avoid the accident.
