A not exactly correct Carlton Cobra

I think you might be right, Ive had a look in my garage at my blue version of the cobra and it's rather like "half see through paint" rather than acryllichrome as such.

Yes - I can't find the original description of a cobra but it looks like chrome with that faded paint effect.
Really like that constellation

That brings back some memories and what lovely looking bikes.
Oddly I remember my Cobra having large flange wheels but the one in the picture doesn't seem to.
Just need a few hours to finish this now.

That looks pretty transparent! Some seem more solid in appearance - paint wise.

Shaun that's a great picture of you racing on a Cobra. Are you going to rebuild that frame - it doesn't seem to have much rust on it.
