(700c) frame suggestions

Mainly for easthetic reasons, I've collected some nice (mid-90's?) bare carbon parts.
Axima Carbotech front fork,
(Ahead), ITM Millenium 4ever seatpost 27.2 mm and
Matching dropbar.

How nice it would be if they come together on a larger frame (28" and up); not immediately for riding it around (it might end up on the wall)

Still must have brake-bosses, suitable for this seatpost diameter, slick, steel and steep and with a headtube that fits the fork.

Any thoughts, suggestions? Something English hand-build?
something chromed? Something track-cycling-alike?
