20mm bolt through stuck

try a bit of wd40 on the threaded part, may just of seized. short sharp but not too hard shock with a rubber mallet may help too

hi guys. thanks for all the help. it's going to have to go to the LBS. have tried spraying/tapping and swearing at it.. it's not coming out. i don't want to destroy the forks.. i will let you know what the out come is.. :roll:

update just in case anyone has this. it appears that something the, LBS guy said metalic had got on the axle where it enters the forks/hub and thats why it would not come out. it has scored the axle . after knocking the axle out with a bar and hammer hitting it a little harder than i did and using some emery on the scoring and a little lube it wen't in and out a treat. where this bit of what ever came from or how it got in there is a mystery. case closed...lol.... :roll:
