There is one cable adjuster on the down tube gear boss & another on the rear gear, so no need for an inline adjuster in the outer gear wire by the Ergo/STI shifters SIMPLES :)

Story behind this is, right cable adjuster on the frame is frozen and didn't want to risk breaking it clean off so i added the inline adjuster. The adjustments near the cockpit are so you can make adjustments to the derailleurs while riding the bike.
