I have to admit when you were considering letting it go I thought about making an offer for frame and fork as mine hasn't got the proper fork.

Just some minor updates but progress none the less…
Original bar ends along with Salomon grey grips, XT shifters, levers and chainset fitted.
Plus a correctly sized Fred Salmon seatpost and Flite Titanium…
Oh… and some anodised green valve caps

Managed to get the front brake cables on after truing the wheels to perfection. Really liking this build and how clean its turning out.
Need to get this finished soon as I actually aim to whack it in this months BOTM even if it’s to make up the numbers

Although I am gonna stick with this colour combo for now, I have a black Thomson stem and seatpost plus a almost NOS set of black and yellow mavic crossrides that would look awesome if I decide to go away from standard after the initial build..

In addition to the Mavic’s and the Thomson bits I also have a full set of period NOS XTR V brakes and levers to chuck on it and I recon it would look awesome against the green but keeping it subtle and original for my BOTM entry ..
