1996 YETI A.R.C. - COMPLETED!

Re:

Year, the red spider is something that I have felt great pain about...
I have a standing offer to buy a black/silver/turquoise spider for compact rings but have been only offered std size spiders so far.
I don't have a heart to paint it over or strip it of its anodizing.
I love that little bit of red color. It breaks the blue x yellow pallette right at a pivotal point.

So there was a vintage bike exhibition at Fiskars Bike Expo yesterday and my Yeti was one of the 13 bikes there.
The bikes on show were:
- 1991 Scott Pro Evolution
- 1992 GT Xizang LE
- 1992 Marin Team Marin
- 1992 Wheeler 6600
- 1993 Kona Explosif
- 1994 Cannondale Killer V
- 1996 Yeti A.R.C.
- 1997 GT LTS
- 1997 Salsa El Kaboing
- 1997 Trek Y-Five-0
- 1998 Cannondale F2000
- 1998 Cannondale Super V Raven
- 2001 Klein Adept Pro

Nice collection of machines. Those are @Vesatoro ‘s cannondales I presume?

Yellow flite pulls it all together well.

Yes, they're Vesa's Cannondale's. He's the Cannondale Expert of the group (even though I like to think of myself one too, having sold quite a bunch of them in the early 90s while working at a LBS).

"The best there by a huge margin!"

Thanks but there were really nice other bikes as well. Especially the Xizang was sublime and the Salsa full susser being super rare (less than 100 ever made) and a no-Shimano bike was super cool too.
