Spot on, approx 20mm inside damper rod there's 2mm allen screw...I half turned it just to nosy. Damper adjustment would seem to be a big ask to judge right. All now clean ready for fork grease. Think Krona springs (160lbs) next. I take it they simply drop into assembled forks...secured by orig Judy 'adjuster' screws?
(was much thrown until reading said OIL was in the circlip sealed damper...then all else fell into place!!)
96 Kula btm cup/cage h-set bearings were sad corroded. Those kindly mention be self sealed updated...and fit. Many thanks again

A few fork questions for the great gurus...you've been pricless.

i) Assuming cartridge damper is empty how much oil will be needed to fill it? Other fork's a dummy.

ii) On reassembling what is default position of damper (2mm allen key) adjusting screw? I found mine 20-30mm down adjustment tread.

Any forks thoughts guys on using Rock Oil SVI Suspension Fluid and Fuchs Renolit Red Rubber Grease; believe the grease can be used for general bike use?

(for ages I've had this large tin of lithium grease...any good for bike use????)
