1994 Marin Nail Trail FINISHED & Trail Pics 6/20/2011

Re-Polish

I wasn't happy with the clear coat or my finish when I was done. So I re-stripped it and finely polished it to a "chrome" shine. I picked up some more clearcoat, and some adhesion primer also. Hopefully this time it will be perfect! :D

Just a little update, I have acquired new skewers and bottle cage, yes I am going for the 90's blue!

-I have since found the original brakes. (not pictured)

-I got the bike back from powder-coating. It looks great, you can see some minor imperfections, but that is what clear does.

-I got my hands on a 96 Eldridge Grade($150USD in MINT condition, the owners wife never rode it!), I took the White Industries Crank-set off for my project, and sold the bike to my cousin so he can hit the trails with me.

-I am awaiting my new stickers from Gil Thanks in advance!!!

-Here are a few pics, I will post more later. It is half built, I am waiting for my fork and new tires!

Very clean looking build, looks ready for the trails how she handle?

@Bensherman. She handles quite well, I just good done putting a new headset on her a few hours ago. Quite pleased, it was a standard Cane Creek head. Thanks for asking!
