Yes……… as said above, very slight because there’s no chainstay of course

there are some racks only mount to the seatpost, they can't carry more than 8 kgs though

There are holes In The dropouts that may be able to work as eyelets? Then mount to seatpost?

Yes, if you have those then it could be fitted, there are also those types which can be mounted to the seat clamp, or you can modify a cheap old rack to that
