some times ago I bought this RM frameset from the first owner and kept it in the shed for later, not knowing what I should do with it.

state was a little bit tatty with some rust traces and a corroded BB

also had an issue with the seatpost diameter, but solved now.

Idea was to get it singlespeeded and also refurbing the frame a little bit.
Starting removing the damaged decals, derust the BB, fluted the tubes with wax, doing some T cut to the paint aso.

Turned out nice

applied the decals today - special thanks to Gil for his outstandig quality decals :)

more to come.

The 'Paint' is powder coat btw and I'm assuming the decals where not under a laquer like my '92 frame (my '91 is, which makes them look good, but means I cannot easily just replace them)

Need parts on it though :p, what have you got planned ?

parts which I have planned:

Ritchey - stem & bar; seatpost & saddle; headset. Sugino Impel cranks. some SSP kit, TA spec. chainring. some old Tekro cantis in silver or maybe black LX cantis, Tektro levers.

Not sure about wheelset - either silver hubs lanced to Mavic ceramic or some black LX hubs lanced to silver Mavics.

Tyres depands on the wheelset - Brownwall Continental or some blackwall
