1992 Raleigh Apex

Evening all

My latest purchase, is this 1992 Raleigh Apex. Collected from near Leicester, from the original owner, who bought it from Rutland Cycles.

Looks to be all original, including the Saddle, which is nearly unheared of nowadays.

The plan will be to give it a clean and refresh and see what else it needs. I imagine a looking at of the Flexstem, as its solid at the moment.

So, here it is, next to my Raleigh Ravine. Next up will be building up the Raleigh Peak...!

I know Dave. He lives not too far from me and he’s on the Raleigh Off Road Series, Dynatech etc Facebook group (assuming it’s him you mean, of course!) He had all the Off Road Series bikes too.
