Pro-Flex 550 frameset in Taunton (Somerset).

Not willing to post, if no takers, it's going to the tip.

It's a large, believe 20.5".

Let me just check feasibility of getting a elastomer - have a 1” mk.1 flexstem that would be a great starting point fir a build.

Can meet in Taunton Thursday if I decide to rescue it…

Good lad John, cant see that going to the tip. Growing up in a small town in Scotland in the early seventies what I would have done to have a find like that in the local "burn/tip" to make a build. The elastomer will turn up soon enough. Good luck.

No promises yet - but being in Taunton makes this v. tempting - let me research the elastomer to make sure its viable

Also a old school friend 1st mtb was an off road sport late 1980s so an actual proflex very much sought after.

Someone mentioned on another thread that you can use some DIY part that is cheap and made of the same stuff (and diameter) - think was the Serotta Pro Flex thread
