On the look out for a 1991 Kona Explosif 16” frame ( black) .I’m wanting to build the one I had in college ,I do still have saddle stem and canti’s .you know when you’ve got a scratch you need to itch ,well this is the one

Are you certain it’s a 91 because that looks like it could be a 92 as I don’t see the seat post clamp on the front of that seat collar.
Looks like it has a removable collar although the picture is a little grainy so I could be totally wrong.
