Finally got chance to do a bit work on this one today...
Front wheel stripped and rebuild. Came up great with wire wool.
Rear will be done tomoz...
Few sneaky pics to show how it will look with the Table Tops..
Also sourced a lovely Race Light uncut bar.
Will be mainly XT build but sticking with the Exage wheels for now.
Thinking of going mix of anodised green and purple bolts to match the decals...
I love the way the colour has turned out and looks even better in daylight and in the flesh..

Hmm. I'd avoid anodised bling as it will just draw attention away from the frame, which (although I would have kept original) looks great

No where near as much progress as I wanted today on my day off as I ended up taking the dogs to the woods and doing a favour for a mate...
However I did manage to refurb the shifter mounts that were well past it...
rubbed down with wet and dry to key the paint then bit of satin black to get them totally factory fresh again...
Will give them a day to go off then rebuild the shifters. Also fitted a bottle cage and silver bolts (not anodised) to see how things will look. Well happy even tho not a great deal achieved.
