Bit of a newbie when it comes to road bikes, however I'm looking for a bicycle that I'll be using on a daily commute and I've come across a Raleigh Routier in burgundy that is stated having a 17 inch frame and 26 inch wheels. Is this correct? I was under the impression that 17 inches as a road frame is really really small, and a bit of searching suggested they had only done routier's in 21", 23 1/2" and 25" frames?
