Sorted 1-1/4” Threaded Headset and shimano direct mount FD-M735/M550 etc

Hello all,

im after a serviceable 1 1/4 inch threaded headset for a recently acquired Alpinestars Cro-Mega.

Not too worried about condition on the outside as long as the races and bearings are good. Black is preferred as the stems are that colour.

also after XT 73x series kit including the fr mech happy to do swaps, got some more modern stuff hanging around….

I replaced my Almega dx 91 headset. Its in good internal condition but paint is very damaged. I Will post pics later It was black. I installed a XT new set, 50€ in ebay.
