Falcon 531 unknown model

Hi guys
Had a look on eBay and found a black diamond which had the same graphics as my frame the only differences being the tubing forks dérailleur hanger mudguard eyelets and the seat stays. I have found a few areas on the frame where the paint has been removed and there is red underneath could someone give me an idea if I am on the right lines?

Your frame is nothing like the red one above, yours is way better :) We sold Black Diamonds (ladies and gents) and yours is not one from that era.

The one above looks like a late frame sourced from the east in the 70's-80's, they use to be powder coated silver then sprayed with a red laquer (I think) to give the final colour.

Not entirely sure you have a falcon frame but it's from a much better stable

Ah okay I wasn't sure if there was different versions of the black diamond I was thinking that as there are a few Coventry eagle frames that look rather similar
