Grips?

Im gonna need to get some new grips for my 93 Saracen

But I cant remember what was available at the time?

I used to run Jive Handles M-Jives on all my bikes but cant find them anymore

Any ideas of what to use and what I might find available on ebay and suchlike?

I'm sure my Saracen from that era came with some grips that were a little like the Tioga bio grips but they have a weird cork texture to the rubber.

Just got these grips through today and fitted them....

HOW HARD IS THE COMPOUND IN THSES GRIPS?????

Ive never experienced anything like them in my life.......are they meant to feel rock hard or is it something to do with the ageing process?
