Adjusting a Rock Shock rear shock

Hej alla,

I would like to now how to adjust a shock to suit my weight and size,

I am 6ft 4" and weigh around 100kg,

Here is a picture of the shock,

generally a heavier weight spring would be the case

easily available

if your not up for spending the money currently, you could tighten the locknut to make it a bit stiffer (tighten against spring)

How do I check the rating on my current spring?

it normally has it in white writing on the spring

570x60
or soemthing like that
numbers will vary
