Funnily enough I was only thinking to myself the other day, I haven't been ill for ages (this is, of course, a cue for all manner of germs to invade me now).
I think it could be down to all the juicing and smoothies.
This morning... Spinach, Swiss chard, mixed berries, ginger, apple, pear and banana for breakfast. Yum
