I suppose you might get away with it in some countries but to use that on UK roads you're going to need to get it registered for the road, MOT tested and then you have rider licensing and insurance, otherwise plod will want a word.

Funny thing is its very retrobike, least ways retro motorbike, earliest motorbikes were bicycles with engines. completely ilegal in the UK unless registered, type aproved etc. Uk takes the fun out of everything :roll:
